Kenza Tounakti
I'm Kenza and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I am currently studying Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Covid-19 lockdown affected me deeply and I felt very lost for the first few months. I had always enjoyed working out since I was in high school, but lockdown allowed to me unlock my true passion for fitness. I decided to take my fitness journey seriously and to invest in myself during lockdown. I started sharing my journey on social media and that is when I found passion for helping others unleash their potential.
I made it my mission to make fitness accessible and simple to as many people as I can. I LOVE to educate and share science-based content with my community and it is time I make a deeper impact on their lives. I want to help as many people as I can achieve their health and fitness goals. I want to help people unleash the full potential of their body, get strong, gain confidence and be HAPPY.
The goal I wanted to achieve when I started with you was (with an appropriate nutrition) lose some fat. I have gone through a crazy journey in the fitness and nutrition way, this is why I chose this service, I have followed you for a long time, and it is something that I like about you and your fitness journey, so I decided to give you the chance with 4 weeks of a training guide. I am so happy I did! with the results of only 4 weeks, I never thought I would have any changes, mostly in my strength, and how my clothes fit again, that I used as a reference of my progress. The unique aspect of training with you it’s the structure of the program and how you adapted to my minimal equipment and still see progress. Also the affordability that it’s for everyone, I think it’s the most important thing.
